Need a great gift for kids? For my sister's 3 boys, all under the age of 7, I thought this might do it:
The Invincible Tornado, the name alone should delight the kids, $30.
So, while standing in Toy Wonders watching the car run around, I asked my sister what she thought. She rolled her eyes and responded "it has a remote control, flashing lights and flips over, what do you think?" Bought, and check the boys off my list. You can also find remote control helicopters, but I'd pick up one of those for an older boy (like your boyfriend/husband), as it's too tempting to crash them into walls.
Crashable, remote-controlled helicopters, $25.
And Toy Wonders also has "My Pillow Pets," home to the huggable animal pillows. First it's a pet, and then you fold it up for a pillow. What a great, cheerful accessory for a kid's room. Or maybe my office when I need a nap...
Full of pillow pets, like ladybugs and turtles, that fold up into pillows. They are super soft and comforting ($35 each).
